 You’ll learn the most effective way to rank and prioritize your major donors, so you’re spending your limited time with the right donors.  And you’ll use a proven formula to calculate exactly how much to ask each of those donors for.  

 You’ll learn how to build a major donor Ask 

 You'll learn the storytelling framework for crafting powerful Asks and how to package that Ask so donors are eager to say YES.  Jim and Sarah will coach you through one specific Ask you can deploy right away. 

 You’ll plan out the next 12-months of communications with your major donors 

 Jim and Sarah will share their Major Donor Communications Plan and coach you through creating one for each of the donors in your portfolio.  This plan will tell you exactly what you should be saying to a donor each month. No more winging it – you’ll have a clear plan for moving each donor relationship forward.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:

To make sure your time with Jim and Sarah is as impactful as possible, there’ll be a little bit of pre-work.  You’ll need to pull a list of your donors with their giving history.  Jim and Sarah will send you an email with instructions and a simple template in advance of the intensive.
