You can initiate a return of any purchased item within 10 days of purchase. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund.
For any product with a downloadable file, we will only offer refunds if the file has not been downloaded. Products where there is no file download option can also be returned for a refund.
Full refunds are not guaranteed and refund amounts will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
To complete your return, we require your original order number.
Once your refund request is received and processed, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund request.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please take the following steps:
- First – Check your bank account again.
- Then – Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next – Contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items are not eligible.
