Where are my resources?

All of your downloads and videos can be accessed from your account. You can try to log in here.

Once you log in, you can access your downloads and videos from your account dashboard.

If you are able to log in and don’t see your products, you can contact us.

I can’t access my account

We created an account for you when you made your first purchase. We made it so easy, you may not even remember!

Your username is the email address you used to make your purchase. You can check your email account for a receipt email from store@betterfundraising.com.

If you don’t remember your password, you can reset it from the log in screen.

If you are unsure of the email address you used for your purchase, you can contact us.

What software do I need?

Most of our resources are in Adobe PDF format. You can download Acrobat Reader for free here.

A few of our products are created using the Microsoft Office Suite. You can purchase that software here. There is also a free alternative called OpenOffice. We have not tested our products with OpenOffice and they may not work as well with that software.

I want a refund

Because our products are digital downloads, refunds are often not possible. You can read more about our refund policy.
